Mentro Lluest has a small shop on site through which we sell the surplus organic veg produced by our students. During the growing season there is usually a selection of seasonal vegetables available, from staples like potatoes, onions and carrots to more unusual selections like gourds, spaghetti squash and edible flowers, all grown organically to Soil Association standards. For those who would like a regular supply of organic, locally grown veg, we operate an Organic Veg Box Scheme. Small or large boxes are available for £5 or £10 respectively, the vegetables are harvested and prepared each Friday ready for collection from our site. The scheme has been in operation since 2004 and has proved extremely popular with the local community.
