In our Nursery department students and staff are busy propagating, pricking out, and nurturing the plants ready for springtime, ensuring that there are plenty of good quality bedding plants and annuals ready in time for the height of the buying season.
For those who are looking for something a bit different, we also have a range of succulents and carnivorous plants which are always popular, especially with children of all ages.
Not wishing to be left behind, the Organic department has also been implementing strategies for success by increasing its supply to the Aberystwyth Arts Centre Café and offering wholesale produce orders to other local businesses. In addition to this the organic box scheme, which was established in 2004, is set to return in the spring. These boxes have proved extremely popular with demand greater that supply.
