There is still time to enter .... Mentro Lluest Christmas FairMentro Lluest held a Christmas Fair on Saturday December the 8th to raise funds and raise the charity's profile within the community. Despite the forecast the rain held off for most of the day and more people visited than we had expected. There was plenty so see and do, from wreath-making and face-painting to a visit from Santa and numerous craft stalls from local craft-makers. Rain holds off for Mentro Lluest Open DayMentro Lluest held its annual Open Day on Saturday 12th May. Mentro Lluest forges partnership with local hotelMentro Lluest has formed a mutually beneficial partnership with the Conrah Hotel in Chancery, near Aberystwyth. The hotel, which is set in 20 acres of beautifully landscaped ground, has donated its vegetable garden to the charity. Support Mentro LluestMentro Lluest relies on grant funding and donations to make a difference to the lives of members of the community.

Volunteer News2006 was a very busy year for volunteers as more of the site was turned over to crop production than ever before. As well as ensuring that this was the most successful year of the Organic Veg Box Scheme to date, volunteers worked tirelessly, encircling the entire growing area with rabbit proof fencing. |
