Wanted - props for new Maritime Garden

WANTED
An old boat, lobster pots, bouys, fishing nets etc

Mentro Lluest's volunteers are putting the finishing touches to our new Maritime Garden, which will be packed with plants suitable for a coastal garden. We are looking for an old rowing boat (or even half a boat) and various seaside props, such as lobster pots, bouys and bits of old fishing nets.
If you can help us find any of these things, please give us a ring or send us an email.

Prince's Trust help Mentro Lluest

Mentro Lluest has had some much needed help from the Prince's Trust this month. As a part of their Team programme, participants have recoved a large polytunnel and creating a shrub bed at the entrance to Mentro Lluest’s sensory garden which is being developed by our volunteers.

Calling all gardeners

Despite losing a number of members of staff following the end of European funding, Mentro Lluest is as busy as ever and the range of work and produce is bigger than ever.
Our army of volunteers have worked tirelessly over the last six months, not only maintaining the site as it has previously been run, but also trying new ideas and expanding the range of plants and vegetables.
But we need more help. If you or anyone you know has an interest in gardening and could spare a few hours a few or a fortnight, Mentro Lluest would love to here from you.

The range of jobs is vast, so whatever your interest, there is sure to be something to interest you, from organic vegetables, permaculture and beneficial plants to bedding, succulents, perennials and shrubs - come and have a look.

If you think you may be able to help, call in and speak to Chris, or phone us on 01970 612114.
